5.3 If the Business cancels an order due to lack of stock, a technical issue, or an error, the amount paid for the cancelled Product will be refunded.

6. Delivery and Shipping

6.1 Orders may be received by:

  • pre-arranged self-pickup from 37 Weizmann Street, Ness Ziona;

  • delivery through a courier company;

  • another option displayed on the Website.

6.2 Delivery time within Israel is up to 7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the Product page or agreed in advance.

6.3 Shipping costs:

  • Standard delivery in Israel: ₪35;

  • Express delivery: ₪135;

  • Free delivery on purchases over ₪500.

These amounts should be updated on the Website if they change.

6.4 For the purposes of this document, business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding holiday eves, holidays, and official non-working days.

6.5 Delivery will be made only after payment has been approved.

6.6 The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address, telephone number, and other required details. The Business will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

6.7 If the courier arrives at the delivery address and there is no response, further handling of the shipment will be subject to the courier company’s policy. An additional fee may be charged for redelivery.

6.9 International deliveries or deliveries to exceptional destinations will be priced according to the destination and shipping method, following coordination with the customer.

  • multiple coupons may not be combined in the same order;
